Lloyd Zeigler

Pastor Lloyd and Chris Zeigler built their ministry Heart by serving the people of America’s inner cities and discipling young people to unlock the gift of God inside them to reach the lost. High school sweethearts, Lloyd & Chris married in early 1972. They enjoy the love and blessing of two children and three grandsons. A 1977 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Vanguard University, Lloyd received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education with a Triple Major in Health, P.E. and Recreation and a Minor in Science, Bible and Youth Culture, he completed his graduate work at the University of Arizona in 1978, then in 2012 both Lloyd & Chris received their Doctorate of Ministry degrees from West Coast Bible College and Seminary. The Zeiglers entered full-time ministry in 1977 as acting Children’s, Youth and Associate Pastors in Tucson, Arizona at Glad Tidings Church. Their youth group grew to over 200 as Lloyd diligently lead worship, oversaw and directed all age levels of Christian Education, setup and managed all children to adult church activities and ministry outreach, local, out of state and or overseas. Lloyd and Chris currently serve in Waco, TX as Senior Pastors of Victorious Life Church, Executive Director and Founder of Masters Commission International Network (a board of peers, pastors and business owners that oversee and insure each Masters Commission around the globe meet the standards and mirror the original heart of this movement). Believing that “ Changed people—Change people,” The Zeiglers strive to live life as a love letter to Jesus. Encouraging and challenging all who come in contact with them, they leave behind a passionate, whole hearted declaration, “ When someone believes in you—you win, but when you believe in you; EVERYBODY WINS!”
